Labs are optional. If you want them reviewed, send them in advance. Please send your supplement and medication list at least 7 days before your appointment.

What you receive after the first consultation

You’ll receive a personalised plan and clear next steps. A custom 7-day meal plan is emailed within a week after your appointment.

Do I need blood tests to book?

No. Blood tests are optional. If you want results reviewed, it is your responsibility to send them before your appointment so they can be included in your preparation.

If I need blood work, can you help arrange it?

Yes. If blood work is required, Elzette can assist with completing Ampath or Lancet request forms (SA based). A R250 admin fee may apply if arranged outside of your consultation. If a critical finding is identified during your consultation, the form may be completed during the session and the fee can be waived.

Important clinical note

Elzette can identify patterns and red flags and may recommend urgent follow-up with your doctor. Nutrition support does not replace medical diagnosis or emergency care.

Cancellations and no-shows

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations and 'no-shows' may be billed.

Refunds

Consultations and preparation time are reserved specifically for you. Please note that refunds are not offered once a booking is confirmed.

Follow-up consultations

Follow-ups are available after a first consultation. These sessions are used to review progress, adjust the plan, and build long-term sustainability.
